Is Taproll Free?
Yes! If accepted, you’ll receive free inclusion in our global geospatial search index as well as lifetime free access to our intuitive, web and mobile-friendly platform for generating and maintaining client relationships.

Is Taproll for US members only?
No. Although a current majority of our members operate within the US we are fast expanding into global markets. With current support for over 40,000 cities worldwide, including countries like Australia and hundreds of cities in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America we’re seeing a huge wave of creative professionals flooding into Taproll.

How can I become a PRO?
We are currently in beta and not yet accepting payments for upgrades. You can upgrade your account through our Refer Friends program.

What are the benefits of being a PRO member?
Pro level members are featured prominently across Taproll. Benefits include unlimited high-resolution showcase photos, 60 keywords to boost your SEO rankings, and highest priority in search results.

Why is my city not listed on Taproll?
Taproll currently supports over 40,000 cities worldwide. If your city is not listed please try the next closest major city. Let your visitors know if you can travel by accessing these options in the “Edit Profile” menu.

Why are my search results yielding listings outside the city I am searching?
Results are proximity-based. If there are no listings in a given city our database will filter through the closest professionals in the area.

How come I am not receiving any email notifications?
Please check your spam folder.

PROFILE MANAGEMENT
How can I delete, re-organize and set a new photograph as my primary image?
You can manage your images by scrolling over each individual “thumb,” which will produce three different icons. The ‘★’ will set any photograph as your primary image while the ‘X’ will delete your photo. If you wish to re-order your photos simply click the left and right arrow buttons to move your photographs left or right.

What size images are most compatible with my profile display?
We advise uploading photographs that are a minimum 1024×768 and no less than 1MB in size. Images must be in .jpeg, .png and .gif format. If your images are grainy try uploading a higher resolution photograph. Our system can support it and our visitors will love it more as well!

Why are my images being cropped instead of resized?
Images that are resized produce borders that clash with the overall look and feel of the profile. To maintain the highest quality and display over a full-screen window we do not resize our images.

What aspect ratio do you use?
Portfolio images are displayed over a 16:9 aspect ratio while our grid view uses a more traditional 4:3 aspect ratio. All images will be cropped to fit both displays, unless otherwise pre-configured to these specifications.

Why do my photographs look distorted in Grid View?
There is an approximate 1 hour delay before photographs in your portfolio are properly resized and cropped to fit our Grid View.
